Where Do You Ship?

We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only.
All orders ship directly from our California fulfillment center and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note: We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico. We hope to expand service to these regions soon — thank you for your understanding.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the order date. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, carrier issues, or severe weather conditions.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We believe great care shouldn’t come with hidden costs:

  • Free Flat Rate Shipping is available for all orders over $40.
  • Orders below $30 will incur a $4.99 shipping fee.
  • Express Shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Shipping methods and rates will be shown clearly during checkout before you confirm your order.

Sales Tax

Please note that product prices displayed on our website do not include Sales Tax.
As sales tax regulations vary by state, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order after it’s been placed, please contact info@atomfresh.com as soon as possible.
Changes may affect eligibility for free shipping or applied discounts. Before we process any updates, our customer care team will send you a confirmation message — please reply promptly so we can assist without delay.

Additional Notes

  • Once shipped, Atomfresh cannot reroute or modify delivery addresses.
  • Orders returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
