Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $35 and for our subscription program. Please note that at this moment, Atom Fresh does not provide international shipping options. We appreciate your understanding and are working towards expanding our services in the future.  

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: After processing, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days, our standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes about 5-8 business days. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking details. Keep in mind that tracking updates may take up to a day to show up after the order has been dispatched.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship to the U.S. for all products.

Q: The tracking information seems to be unchanged and shows my package in pre-shipment. What does this mean?

A: Our order process is straightforward: you order, we process, and then we ship.

Once processing is complete, which can take 1 to 3 business days, your order will be handed over to our carrier. It typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery from that point. If your tracking status has not updated, it’s likely because the carrier has not scanned the package into their system yet. Rest assured, you'll receive a notification as soon as your package is on its way.
