Cancellations
At Atomfresh, we understand that plans can change — and we’re here to make things easy.
Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel or modify your order (change scent, size, or product type), please contact info@atomfresh.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll happily process your cancellation or adjustment at no cost.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
If your package is refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Duplicate or Mistaken Orders
If you accidentally placed the same order twice, please reach out as soon as possible.
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.
If it has shipped, you may return the unopened package once received for a full refund (shipping at customer’s cost).
Preorders or Limited Bundles
For preorder or limited-edition sets, cancellations are only available before shipment. Once fulfilled, these orders follow our standard return procedure.
